Aluminium petrol pump (mass produced). Nickel plating affords double protection from both corrosion and mechanical wear caused by friction. This part has complex shapes: the thickness of the nickel is consistent at all points, even in the smallest internal bores.

Couplings, screws: We plate thin deposits (5µ) for "light" corrosion protection. The parts are produced in a barrel. Perfect uniformity of the coating is achieved.
